Here’s an excerpt from today’s bedtime story to help with emotional regulation, Happy Dragon:
Growing nearer to the playground Dragon began to feel curious because there was something sitting in the forest just ahead. It was wrapped in a big red bow. As Dragon walked closer, Dragon realized it was a present. Had someone lost a gift? Dragon hurried over to it, eager to return the gift to its recipient. Dragon searched for a clue as to whose present it might be. There was a picture tied to the present. It was a dragon! Dragon smiled knowing whose present it was. Quickly, Dragon untied the ribbon picked up the soft fabric.
