A Sea of Snow Excerpt:
It was a crisp and cold winter morning. It had snowed heavily the night before, but the morning breeze allowed the sun to peak through the
clouds. A heavy, thick blanket of fresh snow draped across the yards, driveways, and sidewalks of the neighborhood, hugging each and every house. The morning sun, streaming through gaps in the clouds, cast beams of light onto the snow below, making it sparkle like a magical sea. The sea of snow was a beautiful site, with frozen swells over bushes, chairs and any other small items that had been left outside. It really seemed a shame to disturb the snow sea. But the snow was deep and difficult to move through, and there were people and animals who had places to go! The snow needed to be cleared.
